Q: How is the center I will visit at AMRED determined?
A: AMRED operates four centers within 100 meters. Skin-related procedures are divided between the Anti-Aging Center and the Lifting Center.
    All customers, including locals, are assigned to the appropriate center based on the procedure.
    There may be movements between centers depending on the number of people or the type of procedure.
Q: Are prices different for locals and foreigners?
A: There is no price discrimination between locals and foreigners. All services and prices are applied equally.
Q: Why do I need to pay a reservation deposit?
A: AMRED strives to provide private and high-end services.
    Therefore, we operate on a 100% reservation basis and need to secure personnel, time, and space exclusively for the customer, which requires a reservation deposit.
Q: How can I pay the reservation deposit?
A: The reservation deposit can be paid as follows:
    Korean Account: Non-Sleep Anesthesia KRW 50,000 / Sleep Anesthesia KRW 100,000
    PayPal: Non-Sleep Anesthesia $50 / Sleep Anesthesia $100
    AliPay: Non-Sleep Anesthesia ¥300 / Sleep Anesthesia ¥600
    Fixed amounts are used internally to avoid inconvenience due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Q: Is the reservation deposit refundable?
A: If you decide to proceed with the procedure after the consultation, the reservation deposit will be refunded upon 100% payment of the procedure cost.
    If only the consultation is carried out, the deposit will be used as the consultation fee. No refund is available for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
Q: Can I choose my doctor?
A: AMRED's doctors are specialists in invasive and lifting fields and rotate between centers, so doctor selection is not guaranteed.
    We will try to accommodate requests if possible and note them in your chart, but this does not guarantee doctor selection.
Q: Can I get a procedure recommendation before visiting?
A: Only AMRED doctors can diagnose and recommend procedures.
    Upon your visit, a detailed examination using our METAVU equipment will be conducted,
    and our doctors will recommend suitable procedures based on objective data and experience.
Q: How can I receive consultation in my preferred language?

A: We have professional counselors or interpreters for English, Chinese, and Japanese. Other languages are supported through our prepared AI sequential interpreter.
Q: Can I get a tax refund?
A: Yes, bring your passport and we will issue a tax refund receipt via scanner. You can receive the refund at the designated location on the receipt envelope.
    *The refund rate is determined by the Korea Customs Service and is within 6-8% of the purchase amount after deducting the 10% VAT and fees.
Q: Can I complete both the examination and procedure on the same day?
A: Typically, it takes about 2 to 2.5 hours for the examination and procedure.
    Sometimes, consultations may take longer or the procedure plan may need to be spread over two days.
Q: Can I get Sleep Anesthesia anesthesia?
A: AMRED provides anesthetic cream, pain reduction IV, and dental anesthesia depending on the procedure to minimize pain.
    For those highly sensitive to pain or requiring Sleep anesthesia, pre-visit consultation is essential for safety and preparation.
    Sleep Anesthesia slots are limited, so please inform us at least a month in advance.

Q: Can a minor under 18 receive treatment?
A: Yes, but those under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
    The best treatment plan will be determined through appropriate consultation based on the child's skin condition and type of procedure.
Q: Should I remove my makeup?
A: Yes, it is better to remove your makeup before your visit. We provide cleansing products at the clinic.
    Removing makeup allows for quicker consultation and procedure without delay.
Q: Where can I get the prescribed medication?
A: In Korea, pharmacies are convenient and easy to find.

A: It varies by laser type, but generally, only light treatments are allowed. Please inform us during the consultation.
